15 x 15cm glaze and underglaze on black Valencia earthenware.

This series of tiles titled IBIZA MYCELIUM, all have fractal organic forms generated by white mould which grew over the wet clay in storage.

I traced the mould forms in pencil and marked additional lines with a ruler, then coloured the composition with matte underglazes and reflective glazes.
